Each session displays a clear payment status, and once a payment is received, you or your admin team can easily upload the payment evidence to mark it as complete. The session’s status will automatically update to "Paid."

How to Use the Billing Feature in TheraSoar
With TheraSoar, billing is no longer a burden. You get a full suite of tools designed to streamline your payments, improve transparency, and reduce manual effort, for you, your team, and your clients.

As a provider or admin, you can see the payment status of each session on the Calendar page:
Pending: The session has been completed, but payment has not been received.
Paid: The client has paid, and the payment has been processed.
If a payment is still pending, you can send reminders or reach out to clients directly through TheraSoar's messaging system.
1. Accessing the Billing Section

Go to the Calendar or Sessions page where your upcoming and past appointments are listed. For each session, you’ll see the Payment status and the option to Add Payment once the session has taken place.

2. Adding a Payment to a Session

Click on Add Payment and input the payment amount and method (cash, via bank transfer, or credit card). Once confirmed, the status will change to Paid.

3. Generating an Invoice

For every session, an invoice is generated. The invoice will include session details and payment status. You can email the invoice directly to the client from TheraSoar or download it for offline use.

4. Review and Export Billing Reports

For financial reporting, TheraSoar allows you to export payment records.You can filter the data by date range, therapist, and payment status to gain a better understanding of your financial health.
