Before scheduling sessions, go to your Profile section to set your working hours. TheraSoar will only allow clients to book within these available time slots. You can also define the services you offer and their durations.
Navigate to the Calendar tab from your dashboard. This is your main hub for viewing and managing sessions. You’ll see: Sessions from yesterday, today, and tomorrow, Booked appointments by the provider, Requests from clients, Filters to view sessions by day, week, or month
Click on the date and time you want to schedule a session. This will open the appointment setup form.
Once all details are entered, click Submit to save the appointment. The session will now appear in the calendar and will be visible to both the client and provider in their portals.
