TheraSoar, LLC (“TheraSoar,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a software platform that helps mental health and wellness professionals manage their practices. Our tools support scheduling, documentation, billing, telehealth, client messaging, and more.

We collect two types of information: Personal Information and Non-Personal Information.

Personal Information

• Account info: Your name, email address, password, business name, credentials.
• Payment details: Billing address and payment card info (processed securely by our payment partners).
• Support messages: Any information you provide when contacting us.
• Client data: If you’re a provider, you may input or store information about your clients or sessions.

Non-Personal Information

This includes data that doesn’t identify you personally, such as:

• Device and browser type
• IP address
• Pages visited and actions taken
• Time spent on the platform

• Google Workspace APIs are not used to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or ML models

11. Dispute Resolution (Binding Arbitration Only)

By using TheraSoar, you agree that any disputes or claims between you and TheraSoar will be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration — not in court. You waive your right to participate in any class action or jury trial.

Arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You agree to bring any claims individually, and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.

We may update this Privacy Statement from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page regularly. Continued use of the platform means you accept any updates.
